Know Me Better (1)

“Know Me Better” is a fun weekly meme hosted by I Am a Reader, Not a Writer in order to get to know our fellow readers and bloggers better.  There are 5 new questions to answer each week.  Here are my answers!

1.  If you could meet one person who has died, who would you chose?

My person, is noone famous, but he is someone who means a lot to me, and that’s my grandfather.  He died shortly before I turned two.  Everyone has told me how he used to tote me in his arms and he looked like a big bear carrying a little baby.  I miss him even though I never really got a chance to know him.

2.  Chocolate or Vanilla?

Definitely chocolate!  Vanilla is too plain for me, haha.

3.  What do you do in your freetime?

Read, of course, but aside from that there are a few things I like to do, but mainly it’s catch up on the many TV series I like to watch or spend time with my family.  I recently switched from 2nd shift to 1s shift, so I have more freetime than I used to to try to fit as much I can.

4.  What movie are you looking forward to this year?

Breaking Dawn!!  I even have my ticket already for the midnight showing 🙂 Can’t wait!

5.  Spontaneity or planning ahead?

Generally, I like planning ahead, but every now and then spontaneity can be a good thing.

  1. How wonderful that the interactions you had with your grandpa have been passed on to you.

wow this is fun I never knew my grandpa’s but always wanted to. lets see who died that i would want to meet? Thats a toughy. I suppose I would have enjoyed a visit from Charlemagne. He grew up in the dark ages and it was he that inspired the world out of darkness. Chocolate or vanilla? I perfer chocolate but sometimes I go with vanilla, to me its like appreciating the classics. What do I do in my freetime? I barely remember when I did have freetime. I used to enjoy many things like: carving, writing, video games, and I even used to love to paint minitures. I miss doing those things. The number one favorite thing for me to do is look at catalogs and dream of stories. For example, I would look at a Basspro shop catalog and imagine a story of hunters coming across bigfoot. What movie am I looking forward to? Im looking forward to Conan the barbarian. Am I spontaneous or planned? As much as I would love to say that I am well planned the truth is that I live life as it comes.

  3. Mine is my grandfather too ..for the same reason … and looking forward to Breaking Dawn too!!
