Top Ten Books I’d Like to See Under My Christmas Tree!
Read:
1. The Near Witch: I truly loved this book, too. Victoria Schwab also has a magnificent writing style!
2. Incarnate: Loved this book, but I don’t own it yet. It has one of the most beautiful book covers I have ever seen.
3. Alice in Zombieland: I loved this book so much more than I expected to and I want a copy for my personal library.
4. Ascend: Another one that I need to complete the trilogy. I really enjoyed these books and love the covers.
5. The Peach Keeper: This one I have already read, but I loved it and I love the writing style. I will read anything by this author!
TBR:
6. City of Bones: Because I haven’t started this series yet (shame on me) and I hear it is amazing.
7. Reached: I have the first two, so this would make the trilogy complete.
8. Lola and the Boy Next Door: I love Stephanie Perkins and her Anna and the French Kiss was an amazing book so of course I want Lola, too!
9. Days of Blood and Starlight: I loved Daughter of Smoke and Bone and can not wait to read it’s sequel!
10. Transcend: Because I love everything Phantom of the Opera and I must have this book!
So what books would you not mind getting from Santa?
Great list, Vyki!! I actually bought The Near Witch based on some of your reviews/mentions. I can’t wait to read it!! 🙂
Awesome! I can’t wait to see what you think about it. If you like it, then Chime is another really good one that is similar. Lol, we commented at the same time 🙂
I started reading Daughter of Smoke and Bone this morning. I have a feeling that Days of Blood and Starlight will make an appearance on my to-read list VERY soon!
The Near Witch and Incarnate aren’t books I’ve read but they look fantastic!
Incarnate was AMAZING, wasn’t it? I absolutely adored that book, and its sequel (Asunder) is equally awesome. I hope you get it under your tree this Christmas!
Hope you read City of Bones. It starts off a little slow but then gets really good, and the movie (trailer) looks just how I imagined it. Lola is a fun book too. Hope Santa fulfills all the books on your list!
I LOVED Lola – so looking forward to Isla
I LOVED Lola – so loking forward to Isla
I really enjoyed City of Bones, it was interesting, but I have yet to continue with the rest of the series. I shall definitely have to at some point. Incarnate and Alice in Zombieland are definitely two books that I want to read and you’re right about the cover of Incarnate, it’s beautiful! 🙂
Awesome list! City of Bones is so much fun. You should totally read the books, especially before the movie comes out.
Lola is good. I liked Anna more, but I did like Lola . . . and Cricket (even if his name is ridiculous).
Happy Holidays 🙂
So many good ones here! Alice in Zombieland is on my list too! 🙂 I can’t wait to try that one! Thanks for stopping by today.
